How can Samsung become part of the FIFA22 community through an in-game integration?

Pitch:

We hooked Samsung up with Team Gullit, sparking an in-game integration which tapped into the thriving FIFA22 community. Team Gullit is the world’s most successful FIFA academy. This collab showcased the Samsung Galaxy brand on the Team Gullit shirts within the game. As one of the very few FIFA teams, Team Gullit, in conjunction with EA, has its own in-game kit. The “shirt sponsorship” granted Samsung unparalleled exposure in the popular game title in the Netherlands. Samsung also became an official Team Gullit partner. This resulted in a range of additional activations during the FIFA22 season. Samsung leveraged this partnership to trigger brand awareness and engage with the FIFA22 community.

Results:

14,266,112 impressions of the Samsung Galaxy brand through Team Gullit’s social media channels 2,510,280 online FIFA22 matches played with the Team Gullit x Samsung Galaxy kit
