“How can we increase the attractiveness of Domino’s Pizza as an employer among students and young adults?”

Pitch:

We helped Domino’s partner with eDivision to launch the “Best side job for gamers” campaign, which showcased why Domino’s is the perfect employer for gamers. As part of the campaign, current and new employees were given the opportunity to play FIFA20 and travel to Gamescom (Europe’s biggest gaming trade fair). The partnership went ballistic when eDivision analysts and presenters turned up at a Domino’s branch to record part of the series “Commentators in Your Ears”.

Results:

Domino’s saw a significant increase in popularity among students and young adults as a favored side job, rising from 71st position to 8th, according to Labor Market Behavior Research by Intelligence Group.
The “Commentators in Your Ears” video series received 250,000 views without a media budget and had a 99% positive sentiment on YouTube.

The “Best side job for gamers” campaign was awarded with a SAN Accent.
