WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CREATIVE INTERN
Gaming hasn’t been “just games” for a long time (okay, that too—but it’s a $200+ billion cultural playground where brands actually connect with people). At The Invaders, interns don’t sit behind the coffee machine. You jump into the creative team on real campaigns for real clients, guided by the creative team. Not just coming up with ideas, but actually making them land. What works, why it works, and how to make it even stronger.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Contribute to concepts and campaign ideas from brief to execution.
- Develop creative formats for social, activations, influencer content and in-game experiences.
- Join brainstorms, pitches and strategic sessions with the team.
- Develop concepts into decks, scripts, storyboards or other formats that make the idea clear.
- Sit in on reviews with clients and the creative team—learn how ideas are presented, defended and developed further.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
- How to go from insights and objectives to strong concepts.
- How to evaluate creative ideas on originality, feasibility and impact.
- How to present work, process feedback and keep sharpening concepts.
- How to collaborate with strategy, design, copy and production to turn ideas into reality.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Creative thinking and the ability to communicate ideas clearly (visually or in writing).
- Curious about gaming culture and why communities care about what they care about.
- Someone who loves brainstorming, asks good questions and enjoys experimenting with what actually works.
THE WORK YOU’LL TOUCH
Our team builds things people choose to engage with. Like that time 2.6 million people voluntarily explored a Minecraft judo world, or when Samsung jersey sponsorships generated millions of FIFA match plays. You’ll see the strategy and thinking behind moments like these. Because the best marketing doesn’t interrupt the fun—it adds to it.
